YOU THE CUSTOMER, MUST NOT TRY TO DISASEMBLE, FIX, ALTER, REMOVE ANY ELECTRICAL SECURITY SEAL, APPLY ANY ELECTRICAL KNOW HOW, OR ANY SUCH THING OTHER THAN WRITTEN AND SPECIFIED IN AN INSTRUCTION MANUAL THAT CAME PACKAGED WITH YOUR ITEM PURCHASED!!! OTHERWISE YOU MAY/WILL VOID YOUR/ANY WARRANTY OR RETURN POLICY FROM MALLANO GIFTS AND/OR FROM MANUFACTURER/SUPPLIER!
MALLANO GIFTS WILL NOT EXCHANGE ANY ITEM YOU THE CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY BREAKS DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. MANUFACTURER FAULT AND POSTAGE BREAKAGE/LOSS ARE THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS!
Only a Manufacturers fault, Suppliers fault or Postage damage will be accepted!
If it is possible, a photo of the fault, via email, may be required.
14 day return of goods if item is faulty or has been damaged in post. eg. 14 days from when you received item.
Please note that the return policy is different to the warranty of an item.
